The average time for an adoption is 9-12 months (from application to approval). Our full time working staff within each country is there to serve you from arrival to departure. Giving new hope to children and families, NHCS continues to do an average of 1-2 adoptions per week.

Our agency now owns an apartment in Bucharest and rents an office in St. Petersburg, Russia to serve you more effectively. Our staff in the Ukraine is directed by a Ukrainian physician. His assistance in helping families locate children has been greatly appreciated.

New In 2006: NEW HOPE is pleased to announce that we are now working in Poland. Our new BOND N' ADOPT™ program is ideal for parents wanting to have a family bonding experience with older children, ages 5-14, of Poland, before adoption is decided. Grace is our in-country facilitator. She has four years of experience working with families adopting Polish children.
