The
average time for an adoption is 9-12 months (from application
to approval). Our full time working staff within each
country is there to serve you from arrival to departure.
Giving new hope to children and families, NHCS continues
to do an average of 1-2 adoptions per week.
Our
agency owns an apartment in Bucharest and rents
an office in St. Petersburg, Russia
to serve you more effectively. New in 2009: New Hope is now offering $4000 on the cost of Russian adoptions for families starting with us between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Learn more about this offer -- available for a Limited Time Only.
In 2006, NEW HOPE was pleased to announce that we began working in Poland. Our BOND
N' ADOPT™ program is ideal
for parents wanting to have a family bonding experience
with older children, ages 5-14, of Poland, before adoption
is decided. Grace
is our in-country facilitator. She has four years of
experience working with families adopting Polish children.
Romania
adoptions remain on hold due to the moratorium that
