NEW HOPE Christian Services is a non-profit ministry to orphaned children living abroad. As a licensed adoption agency we are able to place children with families living in all states and overseas. We believe that God cares for the orphans and wants us to reach out to them through adoption.

In addition to placing many healthy young children, NEW HOPE raises and donates thousands of dollars each year along with many in-kind gifts for orphaned children through our "Birthday Blessing" fund. This fund provides food, clothing and better living conditions for these children. Also, this fund helps defray costs for those wishing to adopt special needs or harder to place children.

Dr. David Mexcur and his wife, Mary, have been familiar with adoptions for more than 25 years. They have six adopted children. In 1991, after spending three months in Eastern Europe adopting their son from Romania, Dave and Mary began facilitating adoptions for families. Out of these experiences grew NEW HOPE Christian Services; a licensed adoption agency. Hundreds of children from Eastern-Europe have found forever families through this ministry. Today, NEW HOPE Christian Services has full-time staff in the United States and in the countries in which they work.
